Refund Policy

Mana Integrated Wellness values your time and reserves appointment times specifically for each client. Please review this policy before booking or purchasing a service.
Discovery Call
The 15–20 minute Discovery Call is complimentary. No deposit or cancellation fee is required.
We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Individual Services
Our individual services include:

Mindfulness Training

Stress Management
A deposit may be required to confirm an appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling 48 hours or more before the appointment:
The deposit will be refunded and no cancellation fee will apply.
Cancellations or rescheduling less than 48 hours before the appointment:
The deposit becomes non-refundable. No additional late-cancellation fee will apply.
No-shows:
The deposit is non-refundable and a $15 no-show fee may apply.
Coaching Packages
A deposit is required to reserve a coaching package. The deposit amount will be communicated before payment.
For scheduled package sessions:

48 hours or more before the session: The deposit remains refundable and the session may be rescheduled.

Less than 48 hours before the session: The deposit becomes non-refundable and the scheduled session will be considered used and non-redeemable.

No-show: The deposit remains non-refundable, the scheduled session will be considered used, and a $15 no-show fee may apply.
Refunds
Deposits are refundable only when the applicable cancellation or rescheduling request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Once a service or package session has been completed, payment is non-refundable.
Package payments and deposits are otherwise non-refundable except as specifically stated in this policy.
Emergencies and Unexpected Circumstances
We understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances may occur. Mana Integrated Wellness may make exceptions to this policy at its discretion.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.
